- Ensuring client’s T&Cs compliance from suppliers
- Ensuring technical solution/support/implementation/SLA
consistency
- Using a MarTel Associates’ developed electronic
“bidding” tool to arrive at best & final pricing
- Eliminating highest priced supplier after each bidding
round
- Having a multi-functional team available from both the
client and suppliers covering:
- Legal
- Finance
- Technical
- Operations
- Key Decision-Makers
- Producing a “Letter Agreement” for use at the end of the “Shoot-Out”
- Negotiate the final agreement and SLA on behalf of the
client
- Project manage the implementation roll-out to completion
